The Natural Park of Aigüestortes is located on the Catalan Pyrenees, between the regions of Pallars Subirá, El Pallars Jussá and Vall d’Aran.
The Park has a noticeable personality and is characterized by its high land meadows, the “aigües tortes” or tortuous waters, its more than 200 lakes and the presence of numerous fir trees.
The Park has its natural entrance through Vall de Boí and possess every characteric element of the high mountain. It’s a Special Protection Area for Birds.
